Proxy again

Why is this happening to me everytime I'm behind a proxy?

Error occured opening repository http://drivers.rpath.com/conary/: <ProtocolError for //drivers.rpath.com/conary/: 503 Service Unavailable>


I can do conary update group-dist and some more... But whenever I try to update something from drivers or from the orleans repository I get errors. Humm
