conary-gui

Whenever I tried conary-gui, the same error was appearing: "No module named conarycfg".
I opened /usr/bin/conary-gui and the PYTHONPATH was referring to python2.2 ???
Well,a minor change from python2.2. to python2.4 and adding /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/conary to PYTHONPATH solved the problem :)

One thing I'm a bit dissapointed is the rpath contrib repository. I wasn't able, a single time, to access to it. No clue whatsoever for this behaviour...

Hey, the Conary contrib repository moved to contrib.rpath.org. Maybe you're still trying to access contrib.rpath.com? Try replacing any reference to contrib.rpath.com to contrib.rpath.org in your configuration files.

It's contrib.rpath.org I have in /etc/conaryrc.
The thing is, I'm behind a proxy. Is conary using a different port or method to access some respositories? I've made a new post where I talk about being able to access those repositories (including orleans one) at home (where I don't have a proxy).

conary-gui hasn't been updated in quite some time. It's been removed from the latest versions of rPath Linux...
